"Austin Rocks" Work in Progress

Description: Illustrating the uniqueness of Austin, Texas with different elements and music. I designed each element on this motion graphic MAINLY focusing on the design aspect.


1. I started to vectorize the ACL stage in Zilker Park.
2. I made each part of the stage a symbol.
3. Next, I vectorized the drummer silhouette, and made it a symbol.
4. Then, I made two signs/advertisements to go on the stage, and made then symbols.

5. I vectorized the mini—stage, and made it a symbol.

6. I made the Park scene, with grass, the sky, and a sun.
7. Then, I added the airplane that I made last year, and made a scene.
8. Then I key framed some of the lights.
9. I made the airplane move with the peace, love, and music sign.
10. I added some scenery, with trees and the Austin skyline that I made last year.
11. I inserted a cloud from the Creative Commons folder.

12. I designed the music notes, made it a symbol, and key framed them.
13. I added the AUSTIN ROCKS text and made it a symbol.
