Welcome to our multimedia network of designers, developers, and coders.

Hello everyone!

My name is Jessica Bian. Yes.

Let's skip the formally formal introductions and go straight to the goals. You already know enough about me. As do most ambitious high schoolers, I have many goals that are on both a large scale and a small scale. But frankly, I'm not about to bore both you and me with the long list of goals that I have, so let's just go with the moderate and small goals. Obviously, one of my goals is to graduate high school among the top (not AS top, but AMONG the top... I'm not that ambitious). Another goal I have is something that gets lost to a lot of teenagers amongst the textbooks and the grades- to have fun! Having fun is important, especially to mental health. I don't want to go insane before I get to college (speaking of college, that's a bigger goal, so let's steer clear of that). And lastly, the final goal I have is to improve. Basically, improve on everything- on the things I don't like and the things I like. It's all important.

Artistically, I get my inspirations from media that I see that pique my interests. When it comes to visual art, I like looking at the works of other artists. There is a plethora of artwork on the internet, as you know, that can be viewed (viewed, not plagiarized). Sometimes when I don't know what kind of art to create for my Sketchbook for art class, I look online and take inspiration from other artists. For animation, I watch animated movies and animated shorts and think to myself, 'I wish I could've done that' (which, by the way, is the highest compliment you can give an artist).

This blog post is getting way too long so I'm unfortunately going to make this part short and sweet. My skills and knowledge of what I do derives from my previous experience as a visual artist. I've been interested in drawing and creating something 'pretty' for as long as I can remember, so I've had a lot of practice and a lot of road bumps that I've gotten over. As for animating, I try to get the gist of movement by staring at things when they move (which is as creepy as it sounds. Good thing I don't do it much). I'm interesting in pursuing a career that I can really use my talents in, specifically game design. Let's just see what happens from here.

That's it. Good bye.
